We used Golden Years for 6 weeks while my husband was recovering from surgery. We had a main caregiver weekdays and alternates on the weekends. They ranged in experience from 18 months to 45 years. They were all excellent! They were very competent, eager to help, and pleasant, lovely people. During downtime, when they weren’t needed, they occupied themselves quietly in another room, which is what we requested. There were a couple of hiccups - one morning two caregivers showed up, and the next morning no one showed up, but things like this happen in any enterprise. Golden Years is very professional. I really appreciated their list of client and caregiver rights and responsibilities - it prevented the kinds of problems we had with another caregiver agency on a previous occasion. Golden Years was very accommodating and responsive to our needs and concerns. And they were always available by text nights and weekends.
