Operations Administrative Assistant
I help keep the moving parts of our care services running smoothly so our caregivers can focus on providing compassionate and attentive care to our elderly community. I enjoy bringing order to complexity, putting puzzles together, and making sure the right systems are in place to support both our team and the clients we serve.
In my role as Care Operations Manager, I oversee the day-to-day operations of our in-home care services, including scheduling and staffing, caregiver onboarding and compliance, and coordination with recruiting and payroll. I work closely with caregivers, clients, and internal teams to maintain continuity of care, streamline workflows, and keep communication clear and effective.
I’m known for my attention to detail, steady problem-solving, and ability to stay focused when things get busy. I take pride in supporting our caregiving team and collaborating with the Golden Years internal team to ensure our elderly community receives consistent, high-quality care.
